Stainless Steel Push-in Fittings
Stainless steel push-to-connect fittings, often referred to as push-in-fittings are used to connect various types of tubing used in pneumatic and pressure systems.
The Main Features and Benefits Of Push-In-Fittings are:
- Easy for manual connection and disconnection
- No tools required for connection and disconnection
- Full flow without pressure drops
- Automatic tube sealing with ‘O’ Ring and locking with stainless steel collar.
Fluidline Stainless Steel Push-In-Fittings are Compatible with:
- Dekabon tube or Dekabon Synflex 1300 tubing
- Semi-rigid nylon tube
- Flexible polyurethane tube
- Low density polyethylene tube
- Fluoropolymer FEP140 tube
- Stainless steel and copper tube when grooved.
Fluidline stainless steel push-in-fittings consist of six precision components, a body, releasing sleeve, washer, gripping collet, guide ring and ‘O’ ring. Manufactured under stringent tolerances and strict ISO 9001:2000 quality control procedures, these components ensure a zero-leak seal in all instrumentation and process tubing applications.

Surface Treatment
Each and every stainless steel component of Fluidline push-in-fittings are electropolished to ensure a corrosion resistant surface layer of chromium oxide which is passivated.
